This festival aims to be an international and innovating visual arts festival; showcasing both international and Rotterdam visual arts talent, facilitating artist collaborations and organizing network activities for art professionals. With performance art and visual art, featuring fashion, music, design, photography, video art and interventions in public space. The festival attracts as a showcase festival, Rotterdam art and artists in the neighborhoods, on expedition. Art manifests itself in public spaces, streets, alleys, squares, buildings, houses and undeveloped locations.
