This festival aims to be an international and innovating visual arts festival; showcasing both international and Rotterdam visual arts talent, facilitating artist collaborations and organizing network activities for art professionals. Art manifests itself in public spaces, streets, alleys, squares, buildings, houses and undeveloped locations.
